Kyle Lepper

Co-founder, Kyle Lepper, has been the design lead and manager for a range of projects across multiple building sectors that range in scale, budget, and program. In his 12 years of experience Kyle has worked with both public and private clients, overseeing the design and construction of institutional, civic, industrial, commercial, multifamily residential and retail projects across the country. Kyle applies his passion for design, attention to detail, and construction expertise to any type of project that he faces and leverages his experience to ensure the project stays on schedule and budget.

As a son to a mason and raised in a construction family, building construction has always been in Kyle’s blood and from an early age established the desire to become an architect. Kyle joined Tyler at the University of Idaho where he also earned his Master of Architecture degree and is now licensed to work in Colorado, Idaho, Utah, and Washington. He is an active member in the AIA and serves in several other community organizations.

Kyle, his wife Jessica, and their poodle Ernie reside in Richland, WA. When he is not pouring over the design of a project, or redlining a set of plans, he is satisfying his need for competition on the golf course, or basketball court. Outside of work and play, Kyle enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
